We are a growing furniture dealership looking to add an experienced, motivated Account Executive to our sales team. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who brings a strong client network and knows how to convert connections into long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for building new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and representing our brand in a competitive marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of clients, servicing existing relationships while identifying new business
opportunities.

• Leverage your existing rolodex of contacts to drive early sales and accelerate pipeline growth.
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budgets, timelines, and design requirements.
• Develop tailored proposals, quotes, and furniture solutions for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Represent the dealership at networking events, showroom tours, trade shows, and client visits.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B (furniture, real estate, construction, design, or related industries preferred).
• Established client network (“rolodex”) with the ability to activate relationships quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a growing business.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations as required.
